  I’ve always tried to support local businesses and have had generally good experiences with ACE until recently. Their prices are high but I was willing to pay a little more for good service and convenience. The past couple of months however, I’ve dealt with different employees and these not only lack expertise, they also lack customer service skills or even basic good manners. Not a problem though. Sparr is just down the street and if necessary I can drive to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Regardless, I won’t be shopping at ACE again.
